Public Administration Ministry Secretary General Artan Berisha has said the National Flag is leaving the siege at Pristina's entry, at the request of the country's Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
Berisha, however, has acknowledged that the process of establishing the state flag is hampering the problem with electricity, but according to him, KEDS is currently weathering the problem.
Also, Artan Berisha from MAP has indicated that so far there has been no possible response as to leaving the national flag at the entrance of Pristina, replacing it with the state in honour of the 10th anniversary of Kosovo Independence.
