The device was stolen in the city of Leon state of Guanajuata on Thursday morning, reports “RT” Transmission Periscope.
It was stolen from a machine belonging to an engineering firm. The National Civil Protection Co-ordination has warned that this material is at the highest level of risk if removed from its vessel.
