Kurti: Declaring Independence Was Step Back

The established and currently run movement has been one of the most severe critics of Kosovo governments in this decade seen as the independent state.

But he's saying the Declaration of Independence was not a step forward, but back.

The “was not just step forward, but there was a step back. The independence document mentions more Ahtisaari package, which reduces independence.
