The opening match is intended to take place between Rahovec and Kerasan Pristina.
But from the start of this event, organisers are facing technical difficulties in meeting conditions.
Initially, electricity was cut off in the sports gym of the city of Suhareka.
This has led to a temporary delay in meeting between these two teams until electricity is provided.
Otherwise, the second quarterfinal match will be played starting at 8:00, the one between Golden Eagle Star and Borea.
On Thursday's programme there are two other quarterfinal matches -- Sigal Pristina kaya (17:30) and Union Trepca (19:45).
