Ilir Meta handed over to new European Commission Strategy

Albania's President Ilir Meta hosted the EU delegation's ambassador to Tirana, Romana Vlahin.

Ambassador Vlahin handed over to President Meta the new European Commission Strategy as well as the Action Plan to support the transformation of the Western Balkans.

President Meta praised the goal of making an ever greater commitment, both from the countries of the region and from the European Union, to transforming processes towards full membership of all Western Balkan countries in the European Union.

President Meta underlined that the new European Commission Strategy is a document that should be read carefully by Albanian political factors to reflect on their efforts and commitments towards Albania's common goal of full integration into the European Union.
