The Dehar family lawyer has said that after receiving the necessary documentation, the Swiss Institute will apply for permission to be granted for an independent international investigation by the Prosecutor in Prizren and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kosovo.

We certainly wouldn't agree to just send relevant documentation to the Swiss institute in Lausanne. But after they receive the documentation, they will submit concrete requests to the Justice and Prosecutor's Ministry in Prizren that are conducting investigations into this case, to be granted permission for any independent investigation that would be considered an international investigation to find the causes of the Astrit Deharit” assassination, the lawyer Gashi has added further, Periscope reports.

However, Gashi says that for the exhumation of Astrit Dehar's body, the Institute of Legal Medicine in Switzerland will make decisions after I officially take over the investigation.
