Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj has stated that there are differences on the demarcation issue even within the Kosovo government. He said to RTK that the agreement reached in 2015 has already been sent to the Kosovo Assembly, but also the findings of the 2017 commission.
Hoxhaj said he is not convinced that the commission has brought new facts, though it is a part of MPs who have different views. Therefore, he said, he must find diplomatic instruments, where it is possible to communicate with the Montenegrin side, where we can offer a solution which would really be convincing for a part of MPs that Kosovo does not lose territory.
For me he added, the 2015 agreement is in order, but said that “if anyone has concerns that it should be revised and addressed the findings of the 2017 commission, we as the PDK are for such a solution”.
