It is the Executive Committee of the European Handball Federation that has decided to avoid Kosovo confrontations at the level of representatives. The Kosovo Handball Federation has been announced through a letter from the EHF to the decision, Koha Ditore writes today.
At the latest meeting of the EHF Executive Committee held in Zagreb, a decision has been made that Kosovo cannot be in a group with Serbia from now on. The same decision applies to Macedonia with Greece”, Izet Djindovci, secretary general of the Kosovo Handball Federation, said on Friday.
Due to reports between the two states, the planned meeting on March 23rd has created numerous trouble for the EHF. Although less than a month until the match remains, there is no clear decision on which city the meeting will be played, whether state symbols are allowed or under what conditions this match will be played.
