Serbian diplomacy chief Ivica Dacic has hosted a Czech delegation from the Social Democrat Party today following this party's initiative to sign the petition for attracting recognition of Kosovo's independence
Czech delegation from this party was led by its chairman, MP in the Czech Parliament, Jaroslav Foldina, and former Czech Foreign Minister Jan Kavan and director Vaclav Dvorzak attended the meeting, has been unveiled by Dicqi's cabinet.
Foldin's initiative to sign the petition for the withdrawal of Kosovo's recognition of independence by Chechia has started along with protests that were organised in Prague on the occasion of marking the 10th anniversary of Kosovo's citizenship.
The aim of this initiative, says b92, has been that the Czech and wider opinion of Kosovo has been shown that the declaration of independence has been contrary to international law (the International Court of Justice has said otherwise about this statement, the Coha.net clarification), and that Chekhia, as the first countries to have recognised Kosovo's independence, has made a huge mistake, daciqits have said, broadcast time.
They are stressed that they have organised research visits by Czech journalists through Serb enclaves in Kosovo to see how Serbs live through them.
