Market inspector has found that two types of stock market products “ETC” in Lipjan, there have been differences between prices displayed on shelves, with the prices of the same products on the market vault.
It's about two food products: skulls produced by “Triolino Prima” and tea made by the company “Emona”.
The skull “Triolino Prima” had the price of 0.69 euros on the shelf, but customers were cheated on the ark when they were forced to pay the price of this cheese product worth 0.75 euros. Consumers have paid six cents more than the price presented on the shelf.
Meanwhile, market consumers of “ETC” in Lipjan paid 4 euros and 99 cents for the tea product “Gold Emona”, although this product had placed the price of 4 euros and 75 cents on the shelf. In the fiscal ark consumers have paid 0.24 euros more for crying “Emona”.
“Therefore such an action is contrary to Article 9. Paragraph 3 of Law No. 04/L-121 For the Protection of Consumer 76 points 1.11 and the same law”, says the argument of the Market Inspectorate, which Iseder provided.
