The director of research at the currency centre, Peter Van Valkenburgh, has issued a warning to potential investors of the most valuable newspapers and virtual currency.
Hong Kong Papers and Revenue Commission (SFC) discovered several warning letters for the secret exchanges of several agencies that sell their products in exchange for Bitcoin and Ethereum.
The move is part of an effort to warn investors about trade risks in virtual waves.
Valkenburgh has said that “These agencies do their best to convince people to be part of trading their goods in exchange for virtual currency”.
