The trial began for 32 athletes Wednesday at a hearing, but then introduced an appeal to 15 athletes and trainers, broadcasting KTV.
The Secretary-General of the Arbitrazhi Sport Court, Matttheeu Reeb, told reporters that despite the appeal for 15 other added athletes, all parties involved are happily divided with the process.
Of the 15 additions to the list Wednesday, there are skier Alexander Legkov, who won the gold in the 50km free and silver style in the race four times from 10km of staff at the Sochi Games in 2014, as well as the athlete in the skeleton, Elena Nikitina, who won the bronze.
These athletes are forever condemned by the Olympics for using the forbidden substances in Sochi, while the case was sent by the CAS last week. Even if they get innocent, Russian athletes will probably not be able to appear in South Korea, in Pyongchang. However, they will be able to compete only with invitations, as neutral.
