This award is received by distinguished students who show high academic achievements as well as professionalism and leadership during studies.
According to the announcement by the Ministry for the Kosovo Security Force, the “Colonel Alan C. Dexter, O The EU, Award” for Lieutenant Albert Aslan, is also evidence that the Kosovo Security Force is on track in terms of professional promotion of its members, and that this professional quality is being witnessed abroad as well as in education, training, operations, including in the world's most prestigious academys.
Aslan is expected to continue serving at Earth Forces Command (KFT) after his return from the US, carrying his experiences gained in this professional training to better advance and professional establishment of KSF.
Officers from many parts of the world have participated in this training. This is special training in preparing career officers.
