Russia is constantly lobbiing in an effort to present Kosovo as half a state in the international arena.
Marija Zakharova, spokeswoman at Russia's Foreign Ministry, has issued several statements against Kosovo and its allies during the day, aspiring NATO, as a factor that strongly shared the former Yugoslavia.
Russia's Foreign Ministry, via the social Twitter network, writes that Kosovo's perspective is unclear and that its independence is a unilateral split, and that NATO is exploiting Camp Bondsteel for its impact in the Balkans, Telegrafi notes.
Also reportedly, February 17th is the 10th anniversary of so-called Kosovo citizenship.
“This is the reason to review closely the infamous outcome of Pristina's course of supporters for the post- legitimacy of NATO aggression in 1999 and the forced division of Yugoslavia, the MJR writes on Twitter.
The 2008 unilateral <x0/merge, contrary to basic principles of international law, does not solve the Kosovo issue, whose prospects remain unclear. Kosovo's “Banks” turned it into a black hole with a controversial status”, the Russian official wrote.
“NATO used chaos in Kosovo to build infrastructure on its territory under UN Resolution 1244, the US military base of Camp Bondsteel, with the aim of designing alliance influence in the Balkans and manipulation of processes in the region”, the Russian official has written away.
Meanwhile, even Russian media, such as that Sputnik, constantly publish false news about Kosovo.
It should be mentioned that after Serbia, Russia remains the biggest opponent of Kosovo's independence.
