He was walking alpes when he encountered a rare phenomenon.
At first he thought he was shooting frozen water, yet only seconds later, when he touched it by hand, the water began to flow as if it were not frozen at all.
This phenomenon occurs when gas or fluid moves in layers at low speed without mixing.
