Vuciq: A painful solution awaits us for Serbia, all are with Kosovo

After meeting in Brussels with leaders of the Western Balkans, Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has said Belgrade and Pristina are not close to resolving the problem between them, he even says he fears evil will find Serbs from that agreement. Once again he was pretending to be lonely and [...]
Supposing again as lonely and victimised before internationals has declared that the two countries have no choice but to continue dialogue.
I saw Thaci at lunch today, but we didn't talk. Representatives from Macedonia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina were also present. Today's meeting was very important for us and for the European future of our countries”, Serbian media quote Vuciqi.
He added that during today there was also a very open conversation with Mogher.
It was a very open and effective conversation. I stressed that much work is still needed to improve the reports between the two countries. I warned Mogher that Serbia is willing to continue the dialogue, as the 100-man tax on Serbian products is lifted. Our attitude does not change. For us, it is important to develop our economy and build stable regional reports, because even if everything is in order and if we become part of the EU in 2025, even though tense reports with Pristina cannot guarantee that, we have no choice other than economic development”, Vuciq has said further.
According to him, Serbia has remained in a difficult and lonely position on the Kosovo issue, as almost all countries in the region have recognised Kosovo's independence.
“Albania, Montenegro and Macedonia have already recognised Kosovo's independence, and so would Bosnia and Herzegovina if we allowed it to. We are trying to improve our reports, but there are obstacles such as taxes, which if removed allow for continued dialogue and finding a solution. I don't want to mess things up, so we're gonna keep working”, he added.
After warning of US involvement in dialogue, Vuciq said it would be good to include Russians and Chinese. / P ERISCOPIA
