Legal violations have included the Independent Council for Civil Service (KPMSHCK) during reviewing complaints of 5 department directors, who the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT) removed from their positions two months ago.
Those removed from these positions, Murtez Osdautaj, Drita Kadriu, Ferit Idrizi, Alush Istog and Isni Kryeziu, after their departure had initially filed complaints in August and later in KMPSHCK, writes Koha Ditore today.
In the decision that the Independent Council for Civil Services has issued on Friday, it has been found there is a legal basis for the complainer's subject to return to review. With that decision, the council has commissioned the Secretary General of STAT to reconsider their case.
The education ministry early in October, based on the regulation for internal organisation and job systematisation, had removed a total of 32 people from leadership positions. That's with the reasoning that they're setting up their jobs in August.
