Bekim Colak, adviser to President Hashim Thaci, has said that the first state in its public appearances conveys other messages to internationals, while others to Kosovo citizens.
Colak has said Kosovo cannot expect membership in the European Union if it refuses dialogue with Serbia.
Kosovo is the status quo in terms of our Euro-Atlantic perspective. We cannot expect Kosovo to become an EU state without completing this process in Serbia”, he said at RTV Dukagujini.
President Thaci's adviser has said that Kosovo is the only pressure it has from friendly countries, and Donald Trump is reaching an agreement, Telegrafi conveys.
We've had no pressure and no one has any options today. The only pressure made by partner states, including President Trump and the US, is to seize this unique opportunity and reach a deal. That's the only pressure”, Colak added.
Colak has said the deadline for reaching a deal between the parties is shrinking.
He has said that Kosovo has achieved the maximum with international recognitions, and only the final agreement and the avoidance of Russian veto will lead us to the UN.
