Tonight came wonderful news from the United States of America. The American government, through the Millennium Challenge Corporation, has decided to share another major grant to Kosovo, for investments in key economic areas, as is energy. The MCC board, led by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, has restored Kosovo to the “Compact” programme, following a good two-year performance. Now the MCC has enabled Kosovo to withdraw tools from two programmes: Threrold and Kompact.
