Solar thanks Zidan for World Cup triumph

Santiago Solari, who became the first silversmith to win this trophy, exalted former Los Blancko coach Zinedine Zidane, who made it possible to win this trophy with his triumph in last season's Champions League.

Solari is not much of a coach of Real Madrid, but has already placed his name on the list of trophy winners, which he hopes has started a successful future.

Real Madrid beat 4-1 Al Ain in the final and won the World Cup for Clubs for the third time, and the fourth in general, mostly in history.

“Players deserve it and we are happy”, Solar said after the loss.

“They achieved more work and many victories here, and today we cover the third triumph next to the Champions League”, he added.

“We are here thanks to Zinedine Zidani, as well”, he stressed.
