With 500 euros in fines, the Constitutional Court in Gjakova has convicted Sevdai Radogoshi of beating his sister in May 2016.
This news has confirmed for KALLXO.com, the spokesperson for the Foundation Court in Gjakova Leka Mucaj.
The defendant S.R. has been found guilty of minor bodily injury and sentenced to 500 euros in fines by the Court in Gjakova, while the subject is currently at the Appeals” Court, Mucaj told KALLXO.com.
Qumil is accused of being quoted in May 2016, after a fight with his sister, using force by punching him in the head and pulling him to his nose, such actions have caused his sister slight bodily injury.
According to the indictment, the dispute had come after Qumili had asked her sister to release her home.
