Serbia may remain tax 100% forever, says prime minister

After the 15-month intensive work the Government of Kosovo has accomplished, there is finally the possibility that all attention will be turned towards developing the economy in the country.

So local Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has declared today at the weekend conference with journalists.

Speaking to heel 100 %, the prime minister indicated determined that if Serbia does not change its attitude towards Kosovo, the tax will remain in force forever.

The “Masa, except that it is political, is also in defense of Kosovo's security. If Serbia does not change, a mini Russia in the Balkans, then the tax remains forever, eternally. If Serbia wants mutual recognition, it will be removed immediately. When can we withdraw? The sooner the plants agree on mutual recognition”, Haradinaj said.

And for the final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, Haradinaj said the state delegation has the government's support until it stressed that negotiations are made by the delegation, not by two people.

I wanted the President to send everything that contains”, he said.

Asked about the events in the security field -- namely, the cases of robberies which have been frequented in the country -- Haradinaj believes that state security mechanisms focus this phenomenon.

Haradinaj warned that next year, many challenges await Kosovo. He said the most urgent issue for him is the introduction of Kosovo into the agenda for visa liberalisation.
