Scandalous! This is the professor who paid himself English (Photo) with state money.

A month ago, a University of Prizren professor, Ukshiin Hotiʹ, intended to take an English course called ʹ TO EFL.
Bedri Muhadri, who is head of the Steering Council in this university, will not even spend a cent on the course, writes the paper.net.

That is because, as confirmed by a document providing Metro newspaper, he is paid the course from Prizren University's budget.
