The German magazine “Der Spiegel” has again targeted Juventu's assailant, revealing new documents on the matter, which weigh on footballer.
According to what is published in this magazine, there are two questionnaires about the 2009 event that lawyers had given Ronaldo to complete, to prepare the defence strategy as well.

One of the questionnaires was compiled in August and the other in December, and there were some differences between the two questionnaires in their answers.
“Der Spiegel” cites a 41-page document entitled “Pyet for client”, which was sent by a legal studio by Cristiano Ronaldo lawyer Carlos Ororio de Castro.
In the bow of four months, answers to some questions had been changed, indicating the work done by lawyers to refute Mayorga's charges. So, the question of whether “Lady C” lifted or shouted, Ronaldo in August replied “She said no and stopped”, while in December it was changed to “Jo”.
Another contradiction between the two questionnaires was also seen in response to the question whether “Mrs. C” spoke after sexual reports. In the first version, Mayorga named Ronald “idiot” and that “ai forced”, with Portuguese saying that “was sorry”. And according to the second version, Mayorga had said no “no words “after what happened.
