The known rapper risks being sentenced to prison

All because of a video published in the Instagram where his daughter appears while carrying an exotic animal on her lap.

The Los Angeles City Prosecutor's Office confirmed on Thursday that the 29-year-old singer was indicted last week on two counts stemming from the possession of a monkey of the type of a manarray.
Brown published this photo for 44 million of his followers in Instagram in January, showing his three-year-old daughter, Royalty, along with the monkey they called Fiji.
Meanwhile, after authorities have searched his home, they have taken the monkey to safety and proper treatment.
The singer is scheduled to appear in court on February 6th, while being supported by his lawyer, Mark Geragos.
