The institutional representatives of Kosovo and Albania in nine agreements they signed on November 26th in Pec does not include all Albanians.
Albanian National Council Chairman Ragmi Mustafa was surprised how anyone remembered the Presevo Valley.
He said it took more attention to the two Albanian states, especially now when talking about their joining Kosovo.
My disappointment is with the underfunction of the Fund for Albanians in the Presevo Valley, otherwise also called the Presevo Valley Development Fund, which was located at the first collection of two governments in Prizren.
Mustafa, who took up the post of first of this Council on the very same day as the two governments' collection, says more attention has been needed from the latter, especially now when talking about their joining Kosovo.
Mustafa also expressed concern about Ramush Haradinaj's disagreement with Hashim Thaci for the idea of mending the borders.
