The State Prosecutor has said she will investigate the company's employee lists “Ramiz Sadiku” due to allegations that they have been manipulated.
That's what he said. The PSH after a meeting that has been held with former employees of this company who protested around 11:00 today before the State Prosecutor's facility in Pristina.
Former workers, along with their representative, Idriz Zinnipotok, have expressed their concern over the failure to pay 20% to sell the assets of the company.
Representatives of the company were received at the meeting by State Deputy Prosecutor Sevdije Morina and Prosecutor Idain Smailji, who discussed the case.
During this meeting, the representatives expressed their dissatisfaction with, as they said, manipulations on their company and demanded that the State Prosecutor deal with the investigation of this company's list, stressing that “aty was introduced to persons who have even received this percentage, never being part of this organisation”.
The state's “Procurory, with the aim of lighting this issue, will be committed to investigating these lists, which are suspected to have been manipulated”, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan said.
