President says Trump letter has created an extraordinary moment for agreement with Serbia

President Hashim Thaci has commented on President Donald Trump's letter and its contents for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.

Also, President Trump stresses the need for more dynamic engagement so that there is no return to tragedy in the past. It also clearly points to the willingness of the two countries' commitment to reaching the final agreement -- meaning recognition from Serbia, changing Resolution 1244, and seating at the UN for Kosovo -- to be celebrated at the White House. I think there were three historic moments when Kosovo showed supportive messages about Kosovo. The 1992 funerals by old Bush, the second message, has been the bombings imposed by President Clinton, and the third is the new Bush statement when he said enough, and after six months we had independent Kosovo. And now attention has been turned to the final process of reconciliation between Kosovo and Serbia”, he said in Klan Kosova.
