OVL for an invitation to Remi from the Special Court: Conspiracy for KLA war is being plotted

The organisation of Kosovo Liberation Army war veterans has reacted to the invitation that has been extended to the Mustafa Guard by the Special Court.

According to the KLA's OVL, what is happening now, but even the postwar years prove that justice bodies have always organised plots against KLA fighters.

For many years after the war, we witnessed the total failure of international justice, which through so-called justice mechanisms repeatedly organised plots against Kosovo Liberation Army fighters”, says the KLA's OVL response.

According to the KLA's OVL, even in the case of an investigation by the Special Court, against Commander Remit Rrustem Mustafa and others, we consider that injustice is being done, because the Kosovo Liberation Army has waged a defensive war in accordance with international conventions.

We, like OVL KLA, have said that we are not against justice and that's why we've sought out local courts to prosecute the crimes, but we've been and we're against the special court, because it's an ethnic one, and it's not aimed at pursuing those who committed crimes, it's just the compensation of our liberation war.
