United Kingdom Ambassador to Kosovo Ruairí O'Connell, has said it is the United Kingdom that believes it is the right of Kosovo to create armed forces.
That's what he said in his conversation with citizens through his Facebook account.
The United Kingdom believes it is right of Kosovo to create its own armed forces. We continue to encourage Kosovo to act with responsibility and transparency, and in consultation with the NATO Allies, and to respect its commitment to KFOR, including the exchange of 2012-2013”, OCEConnell wrote.
