As of December 2nd 2017 so far, 12.5m euros is the value the COSTT has gained energy from this network.
But for this value, COST has never paid a cent.
COSTT chief chief Ilir Shala has told Kohavision that the solution will be made in co-operation with the international side.
On November 20th, KOSTT representatives have met with those of Serbia, as well as the European Network of Operators of the Electricity Transmission System, but no results have been achieved.
The same has shown that the Serbian side has promised that the company, which, under the Brussels Agreement, is pre-destined to make the supply and fate of northern municipalities apply for licenses in the Energy Regulatory Office.
But, Shala has confirmed that the Serb side is only dragging the process.
Kohavison sources have indicated that during Thursday, in the Government of Kosovo, embassies have been gathered to discuss this very issue.
But, in the prime minister's office, they have denied it, saying discussions were only about the final agreement with Serbia and energy problems were not discussed at all.
Kohavison has tried the day to receive an answer from the German Embassy, but the latter has not responded.
While a decision issued by the Energy Community Ministerial Council late in November has imposed on Serbia that within six months it fulfils all obligations to Kosovo.
