Murat Yasar responds to the judge: The prosecution blew up the list with the liquidation names.

As guest witnesses were Adem Grabovci, Albulen Haxhiu, Shaip Muja, Nuredin Ibishi, Muhamet Kelmendi, Mazum Baraliu, Berat Buzhala, Ilmi Recica of Bajrush Morina.

However, of these people invited by the Court at the request of Special Prosecutor Sylla Hoxha, Adem Grabovci, Berat Buzhala, Bajrush Morina's Ilmi Recica were not seen in the courtroom.

Of the other witnesses who had responded positively to the tribunal's invitation and who gave their testimony before those present and in front of court led by Judge Naim Krasniqi - Jashanica and two other juro members, Valbona Musliu-Selimaj and Vesel Ismaili, these witnesses denied claims that they had ever been threatened by members of the organisation “People's Eye” or directly from any of the accused.

All the witnesses who testified at today's session expressed wonder why the Court had decided to invite them to testify about the case, this is because none of them have any knowledge about the alleged criminal organisation “The people's eyes for”, according to their statements.

Even witness Muhamet Kelmendi was just invited to testify addressed to the Court with the words: “I don't know why I've been summoned here”

Responding to prosecutor Sylla Hoxha's questions, Kelmendi said he does not recognise any of the accused except Murat Yashari.

He stated that for the organisation “The People's Eye” has heard through the media, while regarding a list of questions that, according to Prosecutor Murat Jashari, had sent to prominent personalities, the witness said no person from the organisation “The People's Office has ever contacted with the intention of interviewing senior representatives in the Republic of Kosovo.

Another witness, ex-Deputy. PDK's Shaip Muja, said that for the organisation “People's Eye” has only heard through the media.

Muja denied ever being threatened by him or any of his family members from the organisation “People's Office”, or by any alleged member of this organisation.

For the fact that the name of ex-Depute Shaip Muja as well as his brothers has been on the list of names designated for liquidation from the organisation “People's Office”, Muja said he does not feel threatened.

I don't feel I'm threatened. Even the Prosecutors and investigators that I've rejected every form of security because I haven't noticed and I don't think these people on the list can give up on some people. I can't even believe it. I can't believe it. I can't believe it.

The other witness, Nuredin Ibishi, stated that the organization in question had heard from portals following Azem Vlas's attempted murder, adding that there was never any threat from this organisation.

While regarding a woman named “Mona”, Ibishi said the same had been student at the “college. ISPE”, where he legalizes and knows him as a student but he didn't have any further contact with him.

While MP Albulen Haxhiu answered the prosecutor's questions, she has declared that only her associate, Sadri Ramabaya, is known by the accused, and for the organisation “The People's Office said she heard only in the media.

Asked by prosecutor Syla Hoxha if the same had ever been contacted by members of this organisation with intent to delegate any duties, she said she has never been part of any other organisation except the Vetevendosje Movement, part of which is currently part.

I have been a member of the Vetevendosje Movement since 2010. I have never been part of any other organization in my life. Since 2010, I have been in Vetevendosje and I continue to be there”, Haxhiu responded.

Prosecutor Sylla Hoxha further stated that Albulen Hadziun has invited her to the quality of the witness, since this organisation has shared some duties Hadziu has earlier stated in her earlier statements that she was unaware of.

Regarding the reason for MP Albulen Hadziu's invitation, as well as others, the lawyer of accused Sadri Ramabaja Ramiz Krasniqi was quoted.

“The law is very clear. The Witnesses are invited only to the things they have known or seen, and none of these stand up as witnesses. I am convinced that the prosecutor, with such witnesses, is supporting this groundless indictment only on names”, lawyer Krasniqi said.

And for why her name has been found on the list of the organization's Office of the People”, on which the list has been loaded with certain tasks which she had to carry out on behalf of the organisation, MP Haxhiu said she did not know who could have used her name.

I've never been contacted by such an organization in my life. I'm a public person and I don't know who uses my name. I've given the statement to the police and believed that everything would end there. Even to be appointed witnesses, certain criteria must be met. It is absurd, unacceptable”, Haxhi said.

The other witness, Mazbul Baraliu, stated that except Sadri Ramabaya, the other indictees do not know them and concerning the prosecutor's question whether Baraliu had ever contacted any of the accused by telephone or in any other form, Baraliu said he never contacted any of the accused.

Not on the phone or on the record, but maybe in some irrational form, the imagination that someone could think of... I said earlier that no knowledge or direct or indirect contact has been made with this organisation”, Baraliu said.

He even called it absurd because he was invited to testify in this judicial process because he said there is no information or knowledge about the activities of this organization that could help whiteen this judicial process.

Regarding the names of the personalities who were found on lists compiled by the organisation “People's Office”, some of whom the prosecution had invited to witness quality, there were reactions by accused Murat Jashari.

Jashar said that the list of names he compiled did not contain some names of some personalities who were invited by the prosecution to testify. According to him, the “Procurory has absorbed this list”.

The list I did blew up the D.A. Albulen Haxhiu, this gentleman, Berat Buzhala, Fatmir Limaj, Halil Matoshin, Behgjet Pacolli, Ramiz Kelmendi, and others. These are all my friends in the house. There's no need to call these witnesses, these witnesses, 148x1...

The special prosecution filed charges against 10 people in connection with the case on February 28th.

Part of the indictment are criminal acts ranging from revenge, aid, rape, preparation of terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo, ownership, control or unauthorized possession of arms and revenge.

According to the Prosecutor, the accused planned the destruction of the fundamental political, constitutional, economic or social structures of the Republic of Kosovo with attacks and murders of the highest state personalities from former Kosovo officials from 1980 to 1991, viewing them as traitors to the country, as well as the functionaries from 1999 to 2016.

According to the indictment, the organisation had guerrilla groups, while demanding Enver Hoxha be known as hero.
