Multiple Legal Sins at the Ministry of Education

Numerous violations at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT) have recorded a report released days ago by the Independent Supervisor Council for Civil Service (KPMSHCK). Some of the violations listed in the report with recommendations for monitoring public institutions, which the newspapers have provided, have to do with recruiting and advancing procedures, internal organisation, complaints procedures, small numbers of women, and the small number of disabled people working in August, writes Koha Ditore.
The KKPSHCK College has considered the large number of positions with a task officer as a violation. According to the report, in 2017 there were 23 positions of duty in August, and some of them were held in U.d. for over three months.
This action is said to have acted contrary to the provisions of Article 30, paragraph 4 of the Civil Service Law, as well as Article 16, paragraph 1 of the regulator for the appointment procedures in high positions of civil service.
