Kosovo Arrested Part of I SIS with wife and son

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor, has filed charges against the M.D. to participate in the Islamic State terrorist group.

According to the indictment, M.D., in order to join terrorist groups in Syria from March 2013, willingly and knowingly travelled through various roads to the city of Istanbul in Turkey.

After a time with his wife, A.D., and his son, are located in Chile in southeast Turkey, near the Syrian border, from illegally arriving in the town of Gaziantep, then committed to the terrorist organisation I SIS, this organization, operating in Syria and Iraq.

The alleged M.D. “has stayed in Syria until August 2017, until it was withdrawn from these organisations and handed over to the authorities of Turkey, where the same has demanded that it return to Kosovo, with what relevant superiors have enabled it to return to Kosovo”, the Special Prosecutor's announcement said.

With these actions, defendant M.D. has committed criminal work “organisation and participation in terrorist groups.
