Homes, objects, cars and locals in Prizren acquire assets worth 3m euros

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, based on reasonable information and evidence, as well as, in co-operation with the Constitutional Court in Prizren and in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, have realised the provisional freeze and assets seized at about 3m euros in two separate cases in Prizren.

The prosecution reports that, in the first case, the provisional freezing of assets and sequentials has been carried out under the ordinance issued by the Constitutional Court in Prizren, to the H.P. defendants, the same is found under the detention measure, with the cases frozen and seized:

An object for a 530mm2 surface business

The cadastral mall along with the general business object of 95 m2;

Two residence houses with local businessmen and other surfaced escorts of 3270 m2;

A couple of residential houses with other supporting objects covering 3256 m2;

The total amount of frozen and sequential assets in this case amount to about 2 million and 600,000 euros.

In this case, it will be continued with investigative procedure, with the aim of lighting and clarifying the circumstances on the issue.

Meanwhile, the second case involves the “office MNP Personal Leasing” S.P.K., and office “DBBS” The S.P.K., with owner and manager F.H. and B.R., charged with criminal acts “Deception” and special case forged documents.

The provisional freezing of assets and sequencing has also been realised on the basis of the ordinance issued by the Constitutional Court in Prizren, by which cases have been frozen and seized:

Two garages on the surface of 28 m2;
