Today, in front of the ambassadors of the Quint countries, I've submitted the first draft of the Legally Competent Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia. This draft document is a supporting document for the existing dialogue process, as well as aspects that are related to accelerating this process. Technical Dialogue chief Avni Arifi has introduced the chapters, which for us will constitute the main parameters of the agreement, which will pave the way for normalisation between Kosovo and Serbia. The document with the accompanying annexes has also been handed over to all carriers of institutions and heads of all political subjects. In the coming days and weeks, this draft document will be discussed with all parties in our society, to get to the final document, which will include the expertise of all.
