Kosovo's prime minister has spoken of the Associated Press, where he said that on Monday he expects the country to soon have the military, which will be a modest contributor to the creation of peace in the world.
Kosovo lawmakers will vote on Friday in three laws that would transform Kosovo's security force into a regular army, broadcast newspapers.net.
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said the transformation would make Kosovo an bidder, not only a beneficiary, of peace.
