The Constitutional Court in Pec has dismissed the indictment Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Muhaldinaj had filed against Peja municipality Chairman Gazmend Muhharrier.
The news about the KALLXO.com confirmed the Secret Court's spokeswoman in Pec, Tringa Zouti.
While Arianin Koci, Haradinaj's lawyer, said he has rejected any court rulings, but warned whether the indictment he represented in court has been rejected.
Muhharrier was indicted for slander by Kosovo's prime minister because of several comments made in the Austrian newspaper “Der Standard”, which the prime minister valued as “insulting and slandering”.
At a June session of this year, Haradinaj had asked for 250 thousand euros in damages from Muharjeri for those statements.
