The European Union has called the Government of Kosovo's decision to raise tax to 100 per cent on importing Serbian products.
Thus, the EU has also praised Serbia's conditioning to continue the dialogue after the tax is imposed, KTV reports.
Maja Kocijancic, spokeswoman for the EU top representative, has told Kohavision that recent measures and actions by Kosovo and Serbia jeopardise the work that has been done so far in the Brussels dialogue.
She has again demanded that the tax be removed immediately until she has called on the presidents of both states to stop provocations.
Kocijancic has said they are in touch with the presidents Thaci and Vuciq to set the date for the upcoming meeting within Brussels' dialogue.
Television has also been directed to the Kosovo Presidency to take a stand on these developments after the tax is imposed, but it has not returned.
While Prime Minister Haradinaj has refused to talk about international pressure on Kosovo for the removal of the tax.
On the other hand, the issue of visa liberalisation for Kosovo does not work out in the agenda of the meeting of the EU Council of Ministers, according to European Integration Minister Donue Hoxha.
Criticism of the dialogue process between Pristina and Belgrade has also provided Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti. He, in an interview for Koha.net, has said this process is accelerating at Serbia's request.
