One of these books is also “A stupid ship” [ang. Tucker Carlson's Ship of Fools.
Carlson is a very popular television personality in the United States and very popular among American nationalists. It has meant among the lines that Trump is “harsh and stupid” [that implies that the president may not have read the book at all] but that he was elected to his post as a result of elite ignorance of conservative populist rage.
