Progress Kryeziu, a researcher in the Group for Jury and Political Studies, has said the bill does not adhere to the main commitment by its sponsors to restrict President Hashim Thaci's scope in dialogue, while simultaneously through taking over the delegation's chairmanship, to reorient dialogue away from the president's idea of revising borders.
