Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic has said Belgrade and NATO have reached agreement on halting the entry of Kosovo's armed formations to the north of the country without the reconciliation of Serb representatives and that the North Atlantic Alliance has had to announce this to representatives of KFOR.
“ROSU, there is no obligation to ask permission from anyone to enter Kosovo's north, except by the Kosovo Army, whose movement should receive the approval of KFOR commander, SRNA reports.
Daciqi told reporters in Belgrade that NATO must issue a manual for its representatives about what has been agreed on, which should be worth “for all armed formations”, Coha.net broadcasts.
In his words, NATO ROSU, unlike the Kosovo Armed Forces, sees it as police formation.
Daciqi reiterated that no one has officially asked to change the format of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, stating that the US has not demanded that it enter into dialogue, but if it comes up to this, then “Belgrade will seek Russia's inclusion”. /Periscopi
