A court in Zagreb dropped the indictment against “Real Madrid” star Luka Modric, charged with false testimony in a process related to a corruption case, the court spokesman announced today.
There is not enough evidence for Modrick to have carried out a false testimony”, said Kresimir Devciq.
This decision, closing this vicinity, comes on the eve of giving Golden Ball 2018.
In the 2018 World, Croatia was defeated in the finals by France, but it has not diminished Luka Modric's popularity at all.
In March, the Croatian prosecution had sentenced Modric, 33, for false testimony in the process against the former owner of “Dinamo Zagreb”, Zdravko Momic tried for corruption.
