The decision has confirmed the chairman of the RTK Board, Aferdita Maliqi, who has said the candidates have not met the criteria to be the director of RTK, KTV reports.
“Based on Administrative Guide No.07/2017 for overhauling public sector competition procedures today on 11.12.2018 The RTK Board's assessment commission has met with the aim of assessing candidate apps for the position of RTK General Director.
The assessment commission following the apps assessment has estimated that at least three (3) candidates have not met the pre-priced conditions with public competition, so based on Article 6 paragraph 5, points 1 of Administrative Guide No.07/2017 for overhauling competition procedures in the public sector, the RTK Board is making a unanimous decision, with which the competition for the position of RTK General Director must resaltale in the legal term. ”
The competition for Director General of Public Broadcasting was announced on November 19th.
