In a presumption note Sunday, so tomorrow, in Dublin, the BBC has analysed England's situation, and parts of its most difficult group see the national team in Kosovo.
After winning her group in the D League of Nations, Kosovo was promoted to League C and secured a place in play-off for qualifications in the next European, but will only use this route if it fails to qualify via traditional, qualifications.
This success has caused Kosovo to be in the fifth, before-end vase.
England, on the other hand, was in the first jar of lots.
The BBC writes that the most difficult draw England could have was if it found itself in the same group as Germany, Slovakia, Greece and Kosovo.
Short will be thrown tomorrow at 12: 00 a.m., as the first round of qualifications begins on March 21-23, 2019.
