Avni Arifi, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's chief of staff, has said Serbia is continuing to work against normalising relations with Kosovo.
According to him, Serbian Prime Minister Anna Brnabyq's letter, sent to countries that have recognised Kosovo's independence, with calls for attracting recognition to Kosovo, is the next blow to normalisation efforts.
