The investigative authorities filed an indictment against Apple, claiming the known company is not telling the truth about the specifications of the screen in its iPhone series.
Two prosecutors have filed charges at the Northern California District Court claiming Apple has wrongly listed the size of the screen and the number of screen points in iPhone X models, iPhone XS and iPhone X S Max.
