Angry veterans say the Special Court ruined the Army party

Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation Chairman Hysni Gucati has said the holiday for the formation of the Kosovo Army has faded due to the invitation the Special Court has extended to some former fighters.

Gucati has said that the Special Court remains unacceptable to former KLA fighters, while adding that veterans are in position <x0m>”.

We war veterans' organisations have remained in position, as if in chess, because parliament has brought it. We blame Parliament for this court. It's unfair to us because it's biased. That shouldn't have existed. We are not feeling well, but they have given testimony earlier that they proved innocent at the UNMIK Court in The Hague and with EULEX. We have proved that we have fought for the right of our people”, he said.

Gucati has recalled last December's attempt at dissolving the specials, saying that since it did not get away at that time, it is now too late to take on similar shares.

“-Pasit provided nearly 16,000 signatures. We sent them to Parliament, directed them to the mayor to make more than 10,000 signatures. You know the famous night some ambassadors call it a tragic night. We tried with several deputies and had the opportunity to enter history to abolish that court. It's late now. Calling this court racist, Gucati has said it came as the cause of the political class in the country.

He has criticised the Kosovo government for not doing enough to show Serbia as a aggressor. He added that they will be on hand to any political movement regarding the Special. Serbia has committed crimes in Kosovo and has filed so many charges that we are looking aggressors. We're way behind the files on them. Our government and our institutions are far behind. They've done very little. Not as long as it took”, he declared.
