The decree signed on November 23rd orders the Foreign Ministry to implement it.
But, the secretary general of this ministry, Fitim Sadiku, has said that officially the Foreign Ministry has not yet announced Laman's deadline for her withdrawal from the ambassador's position.
On the other hand, Lama has been active in recent weeks in Rome, providing interviews for Italian media and publishing them on social networks.
The former Vetevendosje delegation and later LDK have not returned answers to the reasons for its departure from the diplomatic mission and the unclear situation created about its position.
Meanwhile, Deputy Foreign Minister Anton Berisha has said the decision to withdraw her is understated, taking into account the history of her appointment.
Sources close to this development within the MPJ have shown KTV that the request for Lama's withdrawal from the diplomatic mission has been made because it has presented Kosovo as an Islamic state.
Alma Lama was appointed Kosovo ambassador to Italy in 2016, only shortly after staying in the Assembly Hall to make kuorum and elect Hashim Thaci president.
