Vladimir Kola, Sapienza University discovers plagiarism!
Mrs. Mimi Kodeli's Thessis Plagiarism, with scientific leader Prof. Dr. Trior Kule (then Rector), near the Faculty of Economics, “The University of Tirannes”, entitled “control of inflation targeting: a proposal for Albania”, 2015.

After many hours of Internet research, I discovered that Mrs. Mimi Kodeli copied several paragraphs of her own Thessis of the Doctorate, without quoting the original author, that is, she's presented the paragraphs in question, as if she had written it herself.
In this case, I benefit from thanking Mr. Taulant Muka, who was the first to point out the problem of plagiarism in Albania and urged others to search the Internet on the issue.
As far as I've been able to find out, Mrs. Mimi Kodeli has made the biggest copy from the article “Frameworking Money to Inflammation Taging: Lessons from the industrialized countries”, author Frederic S. Miskin, of 2000, from whom she copied two and a half pages of her Thessis (pages 21, 22, 23 and 24) that correspond to pages 11,12 and 13 of the English article, which you find online at this address: https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/.../3e358bc297698db8737fa...
Other Paragraphers have copied from article “Should inflammation charge be abandoned in the nominal incommunication?”, author Stan du Plesis and Malan Rietveld of 2013, whom you find online at this address:

There are also copies from the article:

I'll put down the detailed comparison:
<x0) Mishkin, January 2000 (This article was placed on a list of consulted literature, but as I said, Mrs. Kodley copied pages from it that I mentioned earlier, presenting them as if she had written it herself)
